Follow Along Our December Message Series

Have you ever noticed how the world hijacks the word “believe” during Christmas? According to Webster, the word believe means to accept something as true, genuine, or real. But let’s be honest, the things the world asks us to believe at Christmas time are not true, genuine, or real. Yet, year after year we accept them to be factual when, in fact, they are indeed make-believe.

The Bible makes it clear Christmas is about the miraculous birth of Jesus who came to this earth for the sole purpose of saving sinners. Many today struggle with this belief, claiming the virgin birth is nothing more than a story of fiction.

When Jesus was born, Joseph, Mary, the shepherds, the magi, and King Herod all had to decide what to believe. Join us each Sunday in December as we explore these biblical characters and stories in a series called “Believe” and learn how to put our faith in Jesus this Christmas.
