About Awana
Awana is a Bible program designed to engage children (4yrs – 5th grade) into KNOWING God’s Word and then to turn around and use God’s truth to share it with the world around them.
AWANA stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, which comes from 2 Timothy 2:15 where it instructs us to not be ashamed of the God in which we trust, and then encourages us to handle God’s Word correctly.
Through fun games, Bible memorization, and creative teaching, your children will learn that we are all in this together as a family, and when we choose to follow Jesus we are not doing it alone.
Awana with Grace Kids runs on most Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8PM starting on October 3rd, 2023 and ending on April 23rd, 2024.
Family Night
We will also be hosting an Awana Family Night the last Tuesday of each month! Each Family Night, parents will be required to attend.
This night is geared for the entire family. This will be the one time that the kids bring their parents to church! We will be goofy together while learning practical steps to make a difference in your own communities as we learn truths regarding wisdom, faith, and friendship from the Word of God. Come ready to have fun, worship, and learn an amazing truth from the Word of God in order to make a difference in your world.
