K – 5th Grade

K-3^rd graders begin their morning in our Family Center where we worship, fellowship, and learn about biblical truths. This time is designed to help kids understand the community of Christ and significance of “the body of Christ”. K-3^rd graders then go to individual areas for each grade where they recap with activities to help reinforce the weekly lesson. They learn to jump into God’s Word and then directly apply it to their circumstances at home, school, or wherever life takes them. Our hope is on Sunday mornings kids will experience age-appropriate activities, small group lessons, worship, and CREATIVE Bible teaching to help them understand: I need to make the wise choice, I can trust God no matter what, and I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Our Preteen environment has been designed for your 4th & 5th graders. Our Preteen group starts with group worship, fellowship, and teaching prior to breaking up into smaller groups to discuss the lessons. We want them to feel at home and welcome to bring their friends. This is a safe place to navigate through God’s Truth in their lives and where we will practically learn what it means to be a Jesus follower. Our goal is to teach them basic faith truths and principles while also partnering with the parents to guide them on their faith journey. Our hope is that these Preteens begin to view their faith as their own and are encouraged to start looking for ways to serve. We hope to prepare them as they graduate to our Grace Students Ministry and regular Sunday Morning Worship Services.
